Organic Bulgur 350g
Bulgur originates from Middle Eastern cuisine and is made of steamed, dried and cracked durum wheat.
Bulgur is ideal for minced meat dishes, salads and bread, or as a substitute for rice, pasta or potatoes. When cooking bulgur, you may want to add a little olive oil to the boiling water. This makes bulgur more flexible and easier to work with in green salads, for example.
