Organic Sunflower Seeds 500g

The flowers of sunflower plants contain a lot of seeds which, when peeled, become edible sunflower seeds. The seeds are mostly used for baking, but are really delicious in green salads. 

To enhance the taste of sunflower seeds in green salads, the seeds can be roasted with a little olive oil and sea salt in a hot pan for a few minutes until they begin to brown.
