Svansøs organic 5-grain mix is a blend of rye kernels, cracked wheat kernels, flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
- Suitable for baking rolls, bread
- If you want the seeds to be juicy and soft, you can soak the mixture in water overnight or give them a short boil
