Product information
The organic brown basmati rice is a particularly long-grained and aromatic rice. The rice is husked but not polished. They are grown mainly in northern India - basmati means fragrance in Indian. The organic basmati rice is particularly suitable for hot simmering dishes.
- Basmati rice becomes sticky after cooking and therefore lends itself well to saucy Thai dishes
