Curry soup with white fish

1. Shake the soup well before use.

2. Pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring. The soup can also be prepared in a microwave.

3. Steam the pollack for 2-3 minutes in lightly salted water.

4. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, put them in a sieve and pour boiling water over them.

5. Top the soup with pollack, broccoli, fresh red chilli and sprinkle with coriander.

Tip: The soup can also be enjoyed cold.
