Curry soup with fried chickpeas

  • 1 bottle Svansø Organic Curry Soup
  • Olive oil
  • Chickpeas
  • Tandorii spice
  • Yoghurt
  • Fresh herbs, e.g. coriander or parsley


1. Shake the soup well before use.

2. Pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring. The soup can also be prepared in a microwave.

3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chickpeas together with the tandorii seasoning.

4. Serve the soup with the fried chickpeas, natural yoghurt and a little fresh coriander or parsley.

Tip: The soup can also be enjoyed cold.
