Mini layer cakes with orange-toffee foam

  • 2 ½ dl Svansø Confectioner's Whip Toffee
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. finely grated orange peel
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cocoa layer cakes
  • Garnish:
  • Dark chocolate
  • Finely grated orange peel


1. Whip the Confectioner's Whip Toffee into a foam and mix with orange juice, orange zest and unsweetened cocoa powder.

2. Cut out small round mini pastry cases with a cookie cutter (or, for example, a glass or something round with a diameter of about 8 cm)

3. Put the foam in a piping bag and spread on the bottom and top of the small layer cakes.

4. Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate and orange zest.
