Ingredients
- 400 g Svansø Rhubarb filling

1,5 dl. Svansø Almond flour
- 100 g soft butter
- 1 dl. Svansø Organic cane sugar
- 2,5 dl. coarse rolled oatmeal

40 g Svansø Almond flakes
Preparation
1. Put the Rhubarb Fruit Filling in a greased ovenproof dish or pie dish
2. Mix almond flour with butter, cane sugar and oatmeal and mix well with a spoon or "crumble" it together with your hands
3. Place the dough on top of the rhubarb filling and sprinkle with almond flakes
4. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
5. Serve with vanilla ice cream
