Rhubarb crumble with oatmeal

1. Put the Rhubarb Fruit Filling in a greased ovenproof dish or pie dish

2. Mix almond flour with butter, cane sugar and oatmeal and mix well with a spoon or "crumble" it together with your hands

3. Place the dough on top of the rhubarb filling and sprinkle with almond flakes

4. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.

5. Serve with vanilla ice cream
