Rye bread sandwich with eggs and bacon

  • 8 slices of coarse rye bread
  • 1 jar Svansø Sandwich Spread with curry and carrot
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 tbsp. pickled cucumber
  • 4 tbsp. fresh watercress


1. Spread the Sandwich Spread on the rye bread and place lettuce leaves on 4 of the bread slices.

2. Cut the boiled eggs into slices and arrange them on top of the lettuce leaves.

3. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and place the slices on the eggs.

4. Slice the tomato and red onion and arrange them on top.

5. Garnish with pickled cucumber and fresh cress, and finish with rye bread on top.
