Sandwich with tomato spread and fried portobello mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1 jar Svansø Sandwich Spread with tomato and herbs
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • Approx. 1 dl. pea sprouts

Preparation

1. Warm the buns in the oven or on a toaster and split them.

2. Spread Sandwich Spread on top and bottom.

3. Place lettuce leaves on the bottoms.

4. Cut the portobello mushrooms into ½ cm thick slices and fry them in a pan in butter.

5. Cut the pepper into smaller pieces and thinly slice the red onion.

6. Arrange the roasted portobello mushrooms on the salad and top with the peppers, red onion and pea shoots.

7. Place the top of the sandwich on top and serve.
