Tomato soup with pesto baked tortellini

1. Heat the soup in a small saucepan.

2. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet and drain.

3. Mix the cooked tortellini with the pesto and spread it out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake tortellini at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

5. Serve the tomato soup with tortellini and fresh basil.
