Tomato soup with small cheese loaves

  • Cheese bread:
  • 8 slices baguette or similar
  • 2 tbsp. Svansø Olive oil
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 2 stems oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • In addition:
  • 1-2 Svansø Tomato soup
  • Olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C convection.

2. Place the loaves on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

3. Brush with olive oil and top with pieces of mozzarella. Top with oregano.

4. Bake for about 6-8 minutes in the oven and season with salt and pepper. Top with fresh basil.

At the same time, heat up the soup and serve with cheese bread and olive oil.
