Tortilla wrap with smoked salmon and avocado

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 jar Svansø Sandwich Spread with jalapenos
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 150 g smoked salmon


1. Spread tortilla wraps with sandwich spread and top with spinach.

2. Slice the avocado and grate the carrots.

3. Cut the peppers into strips and the salmon into smaller pieces.

4. Divide the avocado, carrots, peppers and smoked salmon between the tortilla wraps and roll tightly (tie with a piece of baking paper and string if necessary).
