Svansø Chilisauce har en god krydret smag af chili, og den er god til at give ekstra smag og kant til mange typer retter. Den fungerer særligt godt som smagsgiver i asiatiske og mexicanske retter, og kan også serveres som dip til f.eks. grøntsager eller chips.
