Our organic pasta penne from Svansø is made in Italy on a base of 100% Italian durum semolina wheat flour. Durum wheat flour is lightly grainy, which makes the finished pasta chewy and firm - even after cooking.
- Classic use is typically in creamy pasta dishes, where garlic, tomatoes, parmesan cheese and herbs in particular add colour to the flavour
