Organic sunflower seeds from Svansø. In the flowers of sunflowers grow a lot of seeds, which when shelled become edible sunflower seeds. Perfect for salads or delicious baked goods.

- To enhance the flavour of sunflower seeds, they can be toasted with a little olive oil and sea salt in a hot pan for a few minutes until the seeds take on colour
