Ramsons dressing from Svansø is based on the characteristic taste of wild garlic, which here is combined with garlic, herbs and shallots. The flavor goes well with Nordic dishes and the dressing is ideal for most types of salads and as an accompaniment to e.g. potatoes and fish.
