- 4 dl plantemælk eller mælk

- 1 knivspids vaniljepulver
- Øvrigt:
- Græsk yoghurt

Preparation
Blåbærkompot:
1. Kom blåbærrene i en gryde og lad dem koge op med agavesirup og chiafrø. Lad det simre et par minutter og hæld kompotten på glas.
Chiagrød:
2. Aftenen før røres det hele sammen og sættes på køl natten over. Næsten morgen røres chiagrøden igennem.
3. Fordel blåbærkompot, chiagrød og græsk yoghurt i små patentglas og sæt på køl til de skal nydes.
4. Top til sidst med granola
