Aioli from Svansø is a creamy aioli made from real mayonnaise with vinegar and cane sugar, flavoured with garlic to get the right aioli flavour. Aioli works well as an accompaniment to chips, vegetables, meat and potatoes, as well as being ideal in sandwiches, bagels and salads, and with seafood.

As a dressing for salad

Rapeseed oil (65%), water, garlic (10%), vinegar, EGG FLOWERS (2%) (Eggs from free-range hens), sugar, sea salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), stabiliser (xanthan gum, guar gum).
