It has a creamy taste and is made from real mayonnaise with vinegar and cane sugar, flavored with garlic to get the right aioli taste. Aioli is a great accompaniment to French fries, vegetables, meat and potatoes, and is also ideal in sandwiches, bagels and salads, as well as with seafood. The creamy and rich aioli has an intense garlic flavor and can be stored outside the fridge.
