Svansø Brazilian roasted figs with caramel. For our roasted figs we use big beautiful Brazilian figs. The figs have a sweet taste of fruit and caramel and are suitable for most ice cream desserts.
- The figs can either be eaten as they are, or briefly heated in a dish in the oven with a possible subsequent flambéing in cognac or another spirit
- Also try the figs as an accompaniment to the cheese table.
