Eco. Quick Cook mix B/Æ/L from Svansø, is an incredibly easy way to get a hot, organic accompaniment to your dishes - in just 10 minutes. Mix of barley, green peas, yellow and green lentils. Boil in plenty of water and absorb the good flavour of the spices, herbs or vegetables they are cooked with.
