Product information

Bulgur originated in Middle Eastern cuisine and is made from steamed, dried and cracked durum wheat. Tender organic bulgur is suitable in meat dishes, salads and bread or as a substitute for rice, pasta or potatoes.

  • Adding a little olive oil to the cooking water makes the bulgur smoother and easier to work with in, for example, green salads
