Tailless rice pudding is short, plump, polished rice that boils out and therefore cannot be kept loose after cooking. In addition to rice porridge and ris á la mande, porridge rice can also be used as rice for risotto. When cooking the rice porridge, it is recommended to use low heat (with a lid) and to stir the pot repeatedly during cooking.
