Product information
Svansø Sun-dried tomatoes in oil with herbs and garlic are ready to use in salads, sandwiches, Italian dishes or finely chopped in dressing or sauce. The tomatoes are sun-ripened and harvested in August-September, then halved, sun-dried and placed in the oil layer. Sun-dried tomatoes have a very high content of the basic flavour umami.
