Delicious anchovy fillets in sunflower oil from Svansø. Very delicious on a piece of bread with butter, with eggs, as an appetizer or with capers on a piece of rye bread and in a pocket on a piece of neutral fish as a flavoring. Anchovies can give a wonderful flavour to dressings, dips and cold as well as hot sauces.
