Aioli

Svansø Aioli is made with egg yolks, rapeseed oil and garlic, and has a classic aioli taste. It is suitable for a wide range of dishes where its creamy, spicy flavour contributes - for example as a dip for vegetables, baked root vegetables, French fries or as a side dish for baked potatoes, burgers or sandwiches. Aioli comes in a plastic bottle with a drip cap, making it easy to dispense.

Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil (65%)(EU), water, garlic (10%)(non-EU), vinegar, EGGS (from free range hens), sugar, sea salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), stabiliser (xanthan gum, guar gum).
