Preparation

1. Sæt ovnen på 200 grader

2. Halver pærerne og fjern kernerne. Læg dem i et ovnfast fad.

3. Stød kardemommekernerne i en morter.

4. Skrab kornene ud af vaniljestangen og bland det med sukkeret og stødt kardemomme.

5. Drys sukkeret over pærerne.

6. Skær smør ud i tern og kom over pærerne.

7. Sæt pærerne i ovnen og bag dem i ca. 25 minutter til de er møre.

8. Rør græsk yoghurt sammen med kokosmælk og kokosmel.

9. Drys granola over de bagte pærer og servér med kokosyoghurt.
