Preparation

1. Rist mandler på en tør pande, til de begynder at tage en smule farve. Hæld dem på en tallerken og lad dem køle ned.

2. Rist græskarkerner på panden til de bliver gyldenbrune og lad dem køle af.

3. Rist de hvide sesamfrø til de får en lille smule farve og lad dem køle af.

4. Rist til sidst krydderierne i 20-30 sekunder til der begynder at dufte skønt, og de netop begynder at poppe en smule.

5. Kom de ristede afkølede ingredienser ned i en minihakker.

Blend alle ingredienserne kort til en grov dukkah.
