Product information

Svansø's 5-grain mix is a blend of rye kernels, cracked wheat kernels, flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.

  • Suitable for baking rolls and bread
  • If you want the seeds to be juicy and soft, you can soak the mixture in water overnight or give them a short boil

Ingredients:
RYE SEEDS, WHEAT SEEDS, flax seeds, SESAME SEEDS, sunflower seeds. May contain traces of mustard, almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, pecans, pistachios, peanuts and walnuts.
