Bearnaise sauce is a classic that goes well with many of the usual Danish dishes. This Bearnaise Sauce from Svansø is wonderfully creamy with a rich flavour, and is ready to serve either at room temperature or it can be thawed before serving. Bearnaise sauce can be flavoured with tomato paste or chilli sauce, and served as a chorizo sauce.
