Svansø Organic Balsamic is a flavourful balsamic vinegar aged in oak barrels. The taste has both sweet and sour elements, with notes of fruit and oak. Organic Balsamic vinegar is produced in the Italian province of Modena and may therefore be called Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
