Ingredients
- 5 dl vand
- 15 g yeast

1 spsk Svansø olivenolie

4 spsk Svansø grøn pesto
- 50 g havregryn
- 3/4 tsk groft salt (ca. 6 g)
- 575 g hvedemel
- Topping

1 spsk Svansø olivenolie

2 spsk Svansø grøn pesto
- A sprinkle of salt flakes
Preparation
1. Hæld vand i en stor skål og smuldr gæren deri.
2. Tilsæt olivenolie og pesto.
3. Kom havregryn og salt i, og tilsæt melet lidt efter lidt.
4. Rør godt rundt med en grydeske i ca. 5 min. Dejen skal ikke æltes med hænderne, da det er en våd dej.
5. Læg husholdningsfilm over og et viskestykke, og lad dejen stå et lunt sted i 3-4 timer.
6. Beklæd et ovnfast fad med bagepapir.
7. Hæld dejen ud i fadet ved hjælp af en spatel.
8. Hæld olivenolie over og pres let dejen ud i fadet, mens du laver små fordybninger med fingrene.
9. Kom pesto på brødet. Lad brødet efterhæve i ca. 30 min.
10. Sæt ovnen på 230 grader varmluft.
11. Bag brødet i ovnen i ca. 25 min. indtil det er gyldent og sprødt.
12. Servér brødet med f.eks. aioli.
