Almond breaded chicken and aioli with chilli

1. Cut each inner fillet lengthwise

2. Beat the egg well

3. Mix almond flour with panko, parmesan salt and pepper

4. Heat the oil in a pan

5. First coat the chicken pieces in egg, then in almond flour

6. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes in the oil over medium heat

7. Serve with aioli with chilli
