Vegetable rolls with red pesto-aioli dip

1. Cut the courgette into long thin strips, for example with a peeler

2. Cut the carrots and asparagus lengthwise and crosswise, if necessary, into pieces of about 4 cm.

3. Cut the peppers into strips

4. Arrange the carrots, asparagus and peppers on the squash strips, rolling them individually so that the vegetables only protrude at one end, and set them on edge

5. Mix the aioli with the red pesto and serve the vegetable rolls with the dip.
