Pesto butter

1. Take the butter out of the fridge and cut it into 10-12 pieces.

2. Leave to stand for about 20 minutes and then add half a glass of pesto and 50 g of cream cheese if you like.

3. Mix well and then distribute the mixture into small butter bowls. You can also use a piping bag to make nice portioned butter.

4. Put the pesto butter in the fridge and let it harden again.

Serving tip:
Pesto butter can be used with grilled or fried meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Try it also in a baked potato, or as a flavouring for bread served with a hot dish.
