1. Dissolve the yeast in the water.

2. Mix the wheat flour, graham flour, salt and half of the sunflower seeds in a large bowl and make a well in the middle.

3. Pour in the yeast mixture and the oil and mix to a dough.

4. Knead the dough thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.

5. Let the dough rise in a cool place for about 1½ hours.

6. Divide the dough into 30 pieces, each rolled out to about 20 cm and a maximum of 1 cm in diameter.

7. Brush the sticks with a little olive oil and roll them in the remaining half of the sunflower seeds.

8. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and place on a baking tray with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 225°C.
