Product information

In the flowers of sunflowers grow a lot of seeds, which when shelled become edible sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds are ideal for baking, but can also be toasted to bring out their nutty flavour and used as a topping on salads.

  • As a sprinkle in green salads
  • To enhance the flavour of sunflower seeds, they can be toasted with a little olive oil and sea salt in a hot pan for a few minutes until the seeds take on colour
