Ingredients
- 20 g yeast
- 2 dl water
- 1 dl tykmælk eller yoghurt naturel
- 1 æg + 1 æg til pensling
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 7 g flagesalt
- 50 g soft butter
- ca. 550 g hvedemel

Preparation
1. Rør gæren ud i vandet.
2. Tilsæt tykmælk. æg, sukker og salt.
3. Kom blødt smør i, og mel lidt ad gangen.
4. Ælt dejen på et meldrysset bord, til den er blød og smidig.
5. Drys lidt hvedemel i bunden af røreskålen og lad dejen hæve i skålen i 1 time under et fugtigt viskestykke.
6. Del dejen i 19 lige store stykker, tril dem til boller, og fordel dem rundt i tærteformen, beklædt med bagepapir.
7. Lad bollerne efterhæve under et fugtigt viskestykke i 30 minutter.
8. Forvarm ovnen til 200 grader.
9. Pensl bollerne med pisket æg og drys med forskellige frø og kerner.
10. Bag brydebrødet i ovnen i ca. 25 minutter til det er flot gyldent.
