Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C convection.

2. Cut the rye bread into bars and place them on a baking tray. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

3. Bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes.

4. Serve with tarragon dip and chop some fresh tarragon to put on top of the dip.
