STEAK SALAD
WITH POINTED CABBAGE, PEAS, ALMONDS AND DIJON VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

Preparation

Take your steaks out half an hour before you want them on the grate over the fire. Toss them with a little olive oil and fry them for about 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on their size. Take the steaks off the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the pointed cabbage, shell your peas and mix with the chopped almonds, cranberries and chives.

Toss the salad with about 1 dl Dijon Vinaigrette or as needed.

Slice the steaks and place them on top of the salad.
