Salad with broccoli, avocado, walnuts and Thousand Island condiment

1. Rinse broccoli and grapes.

2. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces (the stem is fine, just remember to cut off the peel)

3. Halve the grapes.

4. Remove the stone from the avocado and cut the flesh into smaller pieces.

5. Mix the broccoli, grapes and avocado together.

6. Crush the walnuts by hand over the salad.

7. Top with the dried cranberries and Thousand Island Dressing.
