Tomato galette with green pesto

1. Place the dough on baking paper
2. Spread the pesto on the dough and spread to cover - do not spread to the edges
3. Slice the tomatoes and spread the slices on the pesto
4. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread on the tomatoes
5. Bake the tomato galette in the oven for about 30 minutes at 175°C
6. Garnish with fresh thyme and mozzarella and serve with green pesto
