Red pointed cabbage salad with walnuts and blackberries

  • ¼ red pointed cabbage
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 100 g fresh broccoli
  • 100 g Svansø Walnuts
  • 100 g fresh blackberries
  • 1 orange
  • Marinade:
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. Svansø Organic Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. sweet mustard
  • 1 tsp. Svansø Condimento Bianco


1. Cut the pointed cabbage into strips and mix with the rocket.

2. Cut the broccoli into very small florets and arrange them over the salad, together with the walnuts and blackberries.

3. Cut the orange into small pieces and distribute over the salad.

4. Mix a marinade of orange juice, olive oil, sweet mustard and condimento and pour over the salad just before serving, or serve on the side.
