1. Blend the seed mixture so that it has a floury consistency.

2. Use a powerful hand blender or food processor.

3. Add the egg and green pesto to the blended seed mixture and shape into 8 flat sandwich buns.

4. Bake the buns in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.

5. Split the cooled buns and spread both halves with aioli.

6. Build on with salad and thinly sliced cold cuts.
