Warm beans with hazelnut flakes, baked tomatoes and roasted flank steak

1. Steam the beans in lightly salted water for 2-3 minutes.

2. Finely chop the red onion and toss the beans with the oil, red onion and salt. Sprinkle with the hazelnut flakes.

3. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and place it in an ovenproof dish. Place the cherry tomatoes around it and place in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

4. Cut the flank steak into thin slices and arrange with the tomatoes and warm beans.

5. Serve with a good sauce, for example Svansø bearnaise sauce.
