Coarse sandwich with fish fillet and Thousand Island condiment

1. Heat the breaded fish fillets in the oven or in a frying pan.

2. Cut the baguette into 4 equal pieces and heat them briefly in the oven, if necessary.

3. Split the bread and place the lettuce leaves on top of the prepared fish, tomato slices, prawns and dill.

4. Garnish with lemon and spread the Thousand Island dressing on the fish.
