Mushroom toast

  • 400g mixed mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of rosemary
  • 1 dl whipping cream
  • 4 slices sourdough bread / French bread
  • Svansø Truffle mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper


Mushroom mix: 

1. Clean all the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

3. Heat a pan with butter and fry the mushrooms and garlic over high heat until they get a little color.

4. Add the cream and let it cook for a few minutes until the mushrooms are delicious and creamy.

5. Season with salt and pepper.


1. Fry the bread slices in butter in a medium-hot pan until golden on both sides.

2. Spread the bread slices with truffle mayonnaise.

2. Spread the mushroom mixture on the bread slices and sprinkle with rosemary.

3. Serve the toasts immediately while they are freshly made.
