  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • Salt/pepper
  • Rice for four people
  • 2 avocados
  • Fresh coriander
  • Nacho chips
  • 1 bag grated cheddar cheese
  • 150 g edamame beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lime
  • 1 jar of pickled red onions
  • One can of corn
  • Svansø Chipotle Mayonnaise


1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

2. Heat a pan with oil and fry the ground beef - season with chili flakes, paprika, salt and pepper.

3. Grate carrots, slice tomatoes and slice avocado.

5. Arrange all ingredients in a single bowl and top with chipotle mayonnaise and fresh coriander.
