Ingredients

Preparation

1. Wash or peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges.

2. Put them in a freezer bag with 4 tbsp. olive oil and half of the chilli paste.

3. Shake the bag and place the potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sea salt.

4. Bake the potatoes in the top of the oven at 225°C until golden (about 30 minutes).

5. Brown the steaks on both sides in a little olive oil in a hot pan.

6. Place the steaks in an ovenproof dish and spread with the rest of the pesto.

7. Top with the sun-dried tomatoes and cheese.

8. Bake in the oven at 225°C for about 10 minutes.

9. Serve and enjoy the potato boats with the aioli.

Served with green salad and Svansø dressing.
